Polymarket's Tel Aviv temperature markets resolve from airport METAR reports — a Go bot reads the feed at 50 ms cadence and fires pre-signed orders in ~100–200 ms, while a solar weather station and a Kalman filter aim to estimate the temperature before the feed even publishes it.
